What do I do? While i was gone at the store my friend took my car that didn't have insurance on it. He got into a wreck and left me in debt and without a licence. He passed away.

Since your car was not insured and was involved in the accident, the liability falls to you if your friend did not have insurance to cover it. (Liability insurance generally follows the driver, so if your friend had insurance then it may have been available to settle this claim. We assume he didn't.)
Therefore, your best bet is probably to talk with a bankruptcy attorney. You may be able to wipe out this debt and get your license back by filing for bankruptcy. You can get a free initial evaluation with a bankruptcy attorney here.
