Can my bank foreclose on my house when I have never missed a payment, but have a credit card through the same bank that is past due?

Credit cards are unsecured debts and typically creditors cannot go after equity in your home unless they first get a judgment against you, and then if that is allowed under state law.
However, we are not attorneys and we don't want to give you any kind of legal advice. We would recommend that you talk with a bankruptcy attorney who can help you understand what is at risk if you can't pay your bills.
