I have documents showing how my original credit card debt was sold twice and now resides with Incepta. Some of the sale documents show notary seals and some don't. I was led to believe all sales of bulk credit card debt require a notary seal. The sate without a seal is a debt sold in South Dakota! Do I have the right to demand a notarized seal on every sale of my original debt? Thanks

We aren't aware of that requirement. You'll need to talk with a consumer law attorney.
