I have begun the process of filing for bankruptcy. Unfortunately, the Schedule J will determine whether I am eligible to file for Chapter 7, or if I must file Chapter 13. I understand that the MEANS test has standard amounts for some of the items on the Schedule J, ex: utilities, etc. My question specifically is, what expenses can I include on the J, that I may not be thinking of? I have several doctor bills every month and intend on including those fees and fees related to prescriptions. I have several animals, and plan on including their health care and feed costs as well. Is there anything that you can help me think of to include? Thanks in advance.
