NCO Financial complaint

The firm contacted me, asked for me to return the call, did not have a record that they called me nor would they disclose the nature of their business.

Calling my mother
by: kristi

These people started calling 1 month ago. they call about 10 times a day. now they are caliing my mother at work and I don't even know her work number. also I have never had a credit card in my life. I don't even use checks so I don't know what the heck is going on but they should not be calling my mom at work.

Please, Judith, talk with a consumer law attorney as soon as possible. Your Social Security income is likely safe from creditors.

lost track of my payments
by: Linda

I have sent in my payments every month, they have been taken out of my account, but when I call to get my balance, NCO can't seem to find my account or reference number. What is up with that? All I want to know is my balance so I can finish up with the payments.
