lost a case to credit card company-now what?

by Joseph
(San Antonio, Texas, USA)

A little over three years ago I was sued by Capitol One and lost the judgement in court. I have not heard a word from Capitol One nor from the Court in all that time.

I am on Social Security disability and was at the time of the court case.

What should I do?

Social Security disability income is usually safe from creditors, but since you are in Texas, we would recommend you contact the Texas Consumer Complaint Center which should be able to provide you with some free advice.
