Can a company put a lien on my parents' house for a credit card debt of less than $2000 dollars that I took out? They didn't cosign anything, and I wasn't a minor. I'm 27 years old.

Tania - Why are you concerned about your parent's house in this situation? Have you been threatened by a collection agency? We ask because generally parents are not responsible for their adult children's debts unless they cosigned for the debt. If a debt collector has told you (or them) otherwise, you should be talking with a consumer law attorney.
