if youve had a judgement against your bank account once and still havent paid your debt off is the bank acct safe or are they gonna contine to take money?
If one of your creditors took you to court over a debt that you owe and got a judgment against you, the creditor is entitled to try to collect on that judgment by taking money from your bank account and/or seizing one or more of your assets. Therefore, if the debt that you owe continues to be unpaid, you are at risk for either or both of those things happening.

Judgment and Bank Account by: Anonymous
Mary, I think the particular question that still needs an answer is whether a particular bank acct of which a creditor was able to withdraw money from for a judgment will still be subject to successive withdrawals to fulfill that judgment.
