If a CA has a judgment against me resulting in the suspension of my driver license if a garnishment is filed does my suspension have to be released?

We don't know if it will be reinstated when they start garnishing your pay or whether it will have to paid off. But the California DMV publishes this on their website. Why don't you give them a call and find out?
You can contact the DMV at (800) 777-0133 during normal business hours for the location of the your local DMV and for more information about your particular situation.
