Encore Legal Department

Does encore have a legal board/department, or a board of attorney's representing the company?

Reply from DebtCollectionAnswers.com:

We assume they do have their own attorneys, but we don't have that information. A Reuters story describing a controversial class action lawsuit against Encore's Midland unit identifies Midland attorney Richard Stone, of law firm Hogan Lovells.

In addition, the state of Texas has sued Encore.

Do you have any more information about the Texas Lawsuit? Encore's subsidiary, MIdland Credit Management, harassed me for months with hang-up robocalls and I was not even their debtor. It turns out that they were chasing four different people, none of them me. I have an attorney and am getting ready to sue them.
