We drive over the road for a living. Therefore our Drivers License is literally our paycheck. We also owe the state of Iowa back taxes. Can the State of Iowa restrict our license at out of state weigh stations or with out of state law enforcement if we are pulled over and a check is run on the drivers license?

Pam, unfortunately we aren't experts in driver's license suspension in all fifty states, but it does appear that the State of Iowa puts out a helpful guide that describes when driver's licenses may be restricted or suspended: https://www.legis.iowa.gov/docs/publications/LG/9485.pdf
