Medical bill not covered

Unfortunately no. The dentist can still send you to collections even if you are making small payments. Have you talked to the dentist to see if they will negotiate a lower bill if you can find a way to pay it quickly? If not, what payments will they accept and can you afford to make them? Can you refinance the debt with a credit card or another form of payment? We talk more about medical bill collection in our ebook which you can download here for free.
