I've been told that I have a debt of over $300 which I have no account for. I am very wary about this company as they have not even showed me where this statement is coming from. Please don't pay, question them.

calling at work by: Gerri
You do know that if a debt collector calls you at work after you've told them not to they have likely broken federal law and perhaps state law as well? We would suggest you contact a consumer law attorney immediately to find out whether this is the case in your situation. If so the debt collector may have to pay statutory damages and your attorneys fees. You can talk with a consumer law attorney with experience in debt collection cases. Learn how to get low cost or FREE legal help with your debt collection problem here.
We would be interested in hearing how this turns out for you.
