I received a billing (not intended for me) from an attorney disclosing very private information about my cousin...what should I do?

We recommend that you return whatever it is you received to the attorney and let him or her know, in writing, that you are not the person it was intended for. You don't have to tell the attorney how to reach your cousin or that the two of you are related.

Make a copy of your letter for your files and send the original letter plus the statement that should have gone to your cousin certified mail with a return receipt requested.
