writ of summons

I live In NH, and received a writ of summons from Zwicker and Assoc. for a BOA account. The last payment made to them was in Aug 09. I asked for DV from Zwicker in April 2010 and never received any response.

We really hope that you have talked to a consumer law attorney about this by now! We are not sure what your question is, but it's important to talk with an attorney to find out how to respond. You don't want to end up with a default judgment against you.
