Wrecked car filed under Chapter 13 no insurance

I wreked my car that was filled under chapter 13. Due to job loss; I did not have insureance on the vehicle whe I had the wreck. The car is totalled. What is goiing to happen to me now?

MY HUSBAND WRECKED OUR CAR IS TOTALED BUT OUR CAR WAS INSURED WE HAD FULL COVERAGE ON THE CAR BUT THE CAR IS UNDER CHAPTER 13 CAN THEY ADD ON ANOTHER CAR TO THE CHAPTER 13.
