what happens if I am being sued from a jewelry store where I got my wedding rings which I pawn them cause I lost my job and I needed money to feed my kids and was not able to take them out so now I got a letter they are going to send me to court if I don't respond so they can work a payment plan with me or they would take action in court. will bankruptcy in chapter seven protect me even though I have not finish paying the lawyers
