Wage garnishment by AT&T
by: Mary

AT&T can garnish your wages assuming it first sues you for the money you owe to it and wins the lawsuit. If that happens, the court will award the company a money judgment and AT&T can collect on that judgment by garnishing your wages, taking funds from your bank account and/or seizing an asset that you own. Note: Wage garnishment is illegal in the following states: North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Texas.

Good luck resolving your problem.
