Having over the past 10 yrs loaned over $110,000 to this Mother and son company we can not get them to pay it back. Phone calls not returned, every excuse under the sun why they can not pay, but in the mean time they take a trip to Bali, install a top of the range sea water fish tank in his home and have drinks and parties with their gouchy friends.

Since the loan we have discovered we are in a long queue of people who they owe money to.
Yes we could close them down, but we would be at the end of the long list of creditors and wind up with what we have now, NOTHING.
Beware never lend money!!
