Title Loan in Default

by Mrs Butler
(las vegas,nv,u.s)

I live in Las Vegas. I want to know what is a way to get a Title Loan company to not repo your car if you do not make enough money to meet the amount they want weekly?

Can I take it to court? If, so...how much would that cost?

Reply from DebtCollectionAnswers.com:

Mrs. Butler - A creditor or collector is generally not required to accept what you can afford. However, if the title loan was somehow illegal, then you may be able to resolve this.

Our best suggestion is for you to talk with a consumer law attorney. Visit naca.net to find one in your area. Some attorneys will offer a free initial consultation to help you evaluate your options.

We hope this helps!
