Summons received during 30 day validation period

I received a court summons 28 days after receiving initial notice. Does this violate both federal & state FDCPA validation period? Thank You.

Marley - It sounds like there could potentially be a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act here, but since we are not attorneys, we would recommend you talk with a consumer law attorney. He or she can help you understand whether law him(s) have been violated and describe your options for proceeding.
