If i am due back child support that was already intercepted from the absent parent's tax refund and i owe student loans will IRS intercept the money from me?

Your tax refund may well be intercepted if you are in default under federally guaranteed student loans. I doubt the fact the you are old back child support will affect this. I would encourage you to contact the Department of Education to see what you can do to try to rehabilitate your student loan.

Unfortunately, student loans are a problem in and of themselves, and would require another website for us to do them justice!
