My resources indicate that the statute of limitations on a judgment in your state is 10 years. However, the statute of limitations on a judgment is renewable. In other words, once it's close to expiring, the individual or business with the judgment can cause the statute of limitations on the judgment to begin all over again. So, in effect, the statute of limitations can be endless.
