Stephanie,

We need more information to try to answer your question. Who are "they?" What type of debt is this? And why do they have the deed to your home? Is there a lien against your property? Please use the comments link below to respond.

release of property

The company that has a lien on my property is a finance company. It is a deed of trust. There are other loans that were done illegal and I showed them that it wasn't right. Now they want to do away with those loans and they to work something out on the note that has the deed of trust on it.I don't know if I should.

As you can imagine, we are going to recommend you talk with a real estate attorney. It's not something we would recommend you handle on your own.
