Repo on a title loan for nonpayment and it is broke down not running
(Eunice, LA United States)
Can a title loan company repo a vicheal for nonpayment, but repo a different vicheal that is not in the title loan contract?
Reply from DebtCollectionAnswers.com:
Generally a lender can repossess collateral specifically pledged for a loan. The other stuff you own is usually not fair game. We would recommend you talk with a consumer law attorney. This repo may be improper.
