Reaffirming car loan in bankruptcy and car loan fees

my car loan was included in my bankruptcy. I did not reafirm the debt, but I did continue payments. I have paid off the car and have the title. But in order to get my pay off I had to pay lates fees and interest? My understanding was that I only had to pay the value of the car.
Can I sue the bank to be refunded all of the late and interest fees?

I am not a bankruptcy attorney, but I believe that you are responsible for the fees that the car lender wants you to pay. However, to find out for sure, you should contact a bankruptcy attorney in your area. If you are not responsible for those fees, the attorney can also address your question about a lawsuit.
