Numerous Calls From NCO

NCO is calling up to 7 times a day and with their automated message..I have tried to call back but get tired of holding for 20 to 40 minutes at a time so I hang up..with being so ill it's hard to even stay awake to sit on hold for so long. So what do I do...this is happening daily!
