Need to find AZ attorney willing to take on SBA

by Robin
(Tempe, Arizona)

I see that I can set up a free consultation with a bankruptcy attorney through the referral service you offer, or can check with the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

I want to find an attorney who is willing to take on the SBA over a loan they are trying to collect on. Is this a subspecialty within bankruptcy attorneys? We have spoken with at least two who say they won't take on the federal government. How can we find someone who is?

SBA loan

I am a little confused by your question. Are you trying to find an attorney who can help you discharge an SBA loan in bankruptcy, or are you trying to do something else? If you are trying to sue a debt collector or lender, then a bankruptcy may not be the right choice. Many of them do not litigate. Please can clarify what you are trying to accomplish so we can point you in the right direction. Use the comment link below.
