NCO Financial Group

by Ronnie
(Philadelphia,PA)

I am consistently being harassed by a collection Supervisor at NCO Financial by the name of Todd Clark. He is a prick, an embarrassment to that company and I am going to seek legal action against him. He acts as if someone took his favorite toy from him and he finds joy in making people with hardships lives miserable by berating and making you feel low because you have outstanding debt.

I tried to find information on the NCO site on how to make a complaint regarding this employee in the Pennsylvania area but could not find anything. He needs to lose his job,and then see how easy it is for him to keep up on his bills/debts after that.

Regardless of your feelings, all you need to do is write NCO a cease and desist letter (a letter telling them not to contact you anymore) and under federal law they have to stop. That doesn't mean, however, that they won't sue you.
