NCO debt collecting agency

Whoever they are, please STOP them soon.

They fail to mention a name they are calling for.

They fail to observe "normal" hours of contact.

They fail to leave an option, "if this is a wrong number, press 1", etc.

Thanks for submitting your debt collection question on our Q&A page.

Can you tell from the calls which company is calling to collect a debt? Can you try to call them back and find out which company you're dealing with?

If it is NCO, go to their website www.consumerhelpunit.org. They claim there that you can get your phone number taken off their list. I'd like to hear whether it works for you. Please come back and share your results using the comments link below.
