Name off of Mobile Home

I am trying to get my name off a mobile home that was repossessed in 2003. I bought a mobile on April 4, 1995 and was living in the trailer until February 2002. I moved out and moved into an apartment, my ex husband moved back in at that time. In 2003 he decided he didn't want to make the payments anymore, so I called Green Tree and told them to pick the trailer up. Green Tree repoed the mobile home on November 13, 2003.
The mobile home was sold again in 2004 to someone else, and I am finding out she has taxes due from other counties and I am recieving those letters telling me I am late or need to pay these taxes are I am going to be sued. I just found out Green Tree never took my name off the mobile home it is listed on the internet as my mobile home. How can I get my name off of the mobile home?
