Mom owed Lowes credit card when she died without any estate or money. What happens to that debt? Will they hold me responsible for it as her daughter?

So sorry for your loss. However, you are not legally responsible for your Mom's debt. Therefore, if there were no assets in your Mom's estate to pay the Lowe's debt, it will simply go unpaid.
