May I receive satisfaction letters for two accounts paid in full?

My question was can I receive a satisfaction letter for both accounts.I recently accepted the settlement offer given to me and paid both accounts in full. I am now requesting satisfaction letters for both accounts. One account is in the name Cathy XXXX, the other account is in the name Tomica XXXX. Both accounts was for overdrawn Washington Mutual Checking accounts. Thank You for your attention to this matter.
