May I receive satisfaction letters for two accounts paid in full?
by: DebtCollection Answers.com

Cathy, you should definitely request a letter/s indicating that you have paid both accounts in full as per the terms of your settlement agreement. Put your request in writing and send it to whomever you negotiated the agreement with. So that you have a record that your letter was received, you may want to send the letter certified mail with a return receipt requested. Make a copy of your letter before you mail it off. If you do not get a response from the recipient of your letter within a week or so, follow up by phone.

Best of luck.
