My husband receive a lien letter on his personal property and my name is on the title of my truck as well as his name will they take my truck?

I need a little more information before I can point you in the right direction.

Who placed the lien on your husband's truck? (What type of creditor?) Is he behind on the truck payments, or is this lien due to another debt? Was he sued for a debt?

What state do you live in?
