Lawsuit against attorney

by Allen
(olympia Wa)

My attorney had control over a pod that I used to put things in while in a divorce. The attorney was there while it was loaded and being paid to make sure, everything went ok. She was given a list of what went inside and pick up info. While I was in Alaska three months, later the realtor called and asked when was the pod going to be picked up. The attorney didn’t check to see it was picked up my stuff was taken and stuff that was there was trashed. Can I sue?

Lawsuit against attorney

I am not an attorney and this web site focuses only on issues related to debt collection matters, so I cannot tell you whether or not you have grounds to sue your former lawyer. I recommend that you schedule an appointment with an attorney to discuss your problem.

Good luck!
