Judgment
by: Mary

If one of your creditors took you to court over a debt that you owe and got a judgment against you, the creditor is entitled to try to collect on that judgment by taking money from your bank account and/or seizing one or more of your assets. Therefore, if the debt that you owe continues to be unpaid, you are at risk for either or both of those things happening.
