Judgment against one party of a JTWRS

My husband, son and I are both on the title to our mobile home (no land, just the mobile home) with JTWRS. The son has a credit card collection judgment against him. Can they put a lien on our JTWRS property in Colorado?

This is a situation you need to run by an attorney. Every state has property exemptions, but they typically apply to homesteaded property, and I'm not sure if that applies in this case. The good news is you can get a free consultation with a bankruptcy attorney who can answer this question for you. The attorney may also have some suggestions for your son on how to deal with this debt.
