Is it over

by Paul
(Shakopee,MN,Scott)

I received a summons from dept collector and responded within the time allowed, certified signature required, it's been over a month and I have not received any reply from there attorney,I understand that they have a time limit to respond which they have not done so.

In Minnesota they do not have to file with the courts to start a case until you answer summons which will force them to file if they want to proceed, if you do not summit answers to summons they win by default without even a filling fee.

My question is if they do not reply to my answer to summons is the case over or what can they do next to try to win a judgement against me,I somewhat understand the proceedings but knowing what something means and when to file is two different things.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
