If you offered your creditor $250 refused because they payments were $317 a month, you are out of a job at this time, and they take you to collection and now you have been sued...?

We're not sure what your question is but if you can't make your payments and you fall behind you can be sued, even if you offer to pay what you can afford. Unfortunately being out of work and unable to pay is not a defense against a debt collection lawsuit. We recommend you read our pages about being sued for a debt and we really encourage you to at least a free initial evaluation with a bankruptcy attorney to learn more about your options here.

We hope you can get back on your feet soon.
