If i have a contract and dont pay what happens

I signed up for a personal trainer and never got treated the way i thought i should for the 100 a month. I was suppose to recieve a food and exersice outline of what to eat and do when i wasnt with the trainer. I was suppose to recieve just one trainer but got multiple so i nevver got to know my trainer and then when i finally got one he didnt show up. They didnt watch me correctly becasue they were to busy texting on there phones and i hurt my back. What should i do pay them the 500 dollars i owe for unattended sessions or should i bring this issue to court?
