How do i get a foreclosure off in the state of Indiana? It's over 8 years old. I paid an attorney.

I am sorry but I don't fully understand your question. Can you please elaborate, using the comments link below? Are you trying to get this off your credit report? What did the attorney do that you paid for? I don't understand why the attorney isn't helping you get this resolved if you paid for his services...?

i had a foreclosure judgment in 202 we are fha preapproved for fha to buy a house my foreclosure judgment is still on court records. i paid my attorney he wants to see us one thirty today can he get this off we live in apts that are get o we have worked withe credit counselor for 3 years got are score were they want and been doing hard to pay off bills we have done with out and not buying nothing and paying bills in the credit bureau we have worked hard i am heartsick.

8 year old foreclosure

Your understanding that this should be off the credit report sounds correct. Foreclosures may be reported for seven years after the date of foreclosure. So it sounds like this should be removed.

You are doing the right thing by meeting with an attorney. That is what I would also recommend you do. Good luck. I hope you are able to get it removed.
