Financial Records

by Dennis
(Phila, Pa)

How can a debt collector have access to you financial records and what can they not garnish?

Reply from DebtCollectionAnswers.com:

Dennis - Debt collectors have access to consumer reporting agency information and there are numerous databases they can access for property searches, for example. Can you be a bit more specific about what your concern is there? It sounds like you have property you are worried about the debt collector going after.

Have they sued you? Do they have a judgment?
