Ex-Delta Employee

I'm an ex Delta Airlines employee and my account was sent to a collections agency for over payment which is absolutely not valid. How do I fight this giant of a company and get them off my back?

We're sorry but we don't understand your question. What account was sent to collections? What do you mean when you say there was an overpayment? What have you tried to do to resolve this so far?
