Ex wife never sent me any medical bills she received on the kids, nor did she notify me of when she was taking them to the doctors, I recently ran a credit report and found several items on there from medical places and now I find out they have been going to collection agencys.

I don't know the terms of your divorce agreement, but if your ex wife agreed to alert you before she takes your children to the doctor and to pay 50% of their medical bills, then she has violated to the terms of the agreement. I recommend therefore that you get in touch with your divorce attorney to discuss what you can do to ensure that she complies with those terms going forward and to discuss what if anything can be done about the bills she has not paid and not alerted you about.

One suggestion I have is that you contact your children's doctors to ask that in the future you be sent a copy of each of their medical bills. That way, you will at least know the amounts of the bills, when they were incurred and you can pay your share.
