I owe money for Gold Gym but I never used my membership? now I have to payback, Do I still have to pay back if i never used the membership?

I assume you signed a contract with the gym when you joined and that the contract obligated you to pay the gym a certain amount of money. I am sure that if you read the agreement, it does not say that if you don't use the gym's equipment, you don't have to pay the money. Therefore, if you failed to comply with the terms of the contract by not paying Gold's Gym, it is legally entitled to collect the money you owe to it.
