Debt summons

How do I know if I've received a debt summons? I defaulted on a couple of credit cards in 2001 in AZ, but have not lived in AZ since 2002.

My mail does not get forwarded to me. It is returned to the sender marked "Does not live here".

Will I still be able to use the SOL for AZ if I find out that a summon was sent to my old address but I never received it? How are debt summons usually sent?
