Credit Check By NCO

I have just receive a credit report, and noticed that you are a regular inquiries on my credit report. I have try calling and wrote letters and the phone is disconnected and the address does not exist. I would like this be taken off my report, and stop doing the credit ck. I have a office that I am running and my phone is (removed) - you can call me at your earlest time I would appreciate it.
