Is there another name for a "Consumer Law Attorney"? I looked in our phone book, couldn't find one. I looked up the site www.naca.net, nothing would come up for California. We are being sued by Wells Fargo for a business credit line (unsecured) and your book suggests we contact a "Consumer Law Attorney".

I am not aware of another phrase for consumer law attorney. However, here are a couple suggestions for how to find such an attorney in your area:

1. Call your local or state bar association and ask for some lawyer referrals.

2. Talk with a consumer law attorney with experience in debt collection cases. Learn how to get low cost or FREE legal help with your debt collection problem here.

3. Go to Lawyers.com and use that site's lawyer search function.

4. Do a Google search using words like "consumer law attorney in Murphys California".

I am sure that at least one of these suggestions will help you locate an attorney who can help you with the lawsuit. Best of luck resolving your legal problem!
