Can they take my car for a debt?

I am being sued for 5,888,00 my daughter just bought a 2012 Impala car put it in my name can they take or make me sell it the only car here?

Debt collectors don't usually try to take cars (unless they are trying to repo one). They'd have to get a court judgment and even then it would be difficult for them to repossess it, sell it etc. So you're probably OK there, but we can't guarantee what they will try to to do if they take you to court and get a judgment. It would be wise to get some legal advice if possible. A consumer bankruptcy attorney can explain what may be at risk here.
