In Indiana if I don't pay a bill from my doctor's office in the amount of $800 can their attorney's garnish my wages?

Wage garnishment is not illegal in Indiana, so that does mean it is possible your wages could be garnished for an unpaid medical debt. In most states, however, creditors or collectors must first get a court judgment before garnishing wages (at least for consumer debts.)
